I had a t-shirt with a similar face to this guy and it also said "RUB" on it - think it stood for "Rough Urban Brother".
I bit the design giving the guy a body, arms, legs and guns.
This was one of the only sketchess I did with guns breaking my normal rule - I don't like guns, never have, but there is always a bad guy.
